Justin Abril is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and law enforcement. His career is marked by significant achievements in regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational leadership within highly regulated sectors.

As a Chief Compliance Officer in the pharmaceutical industry, Justin played a critical role in building and scaling compliance operations from the ground up. One of his most notable accomplishments was securing a rare DEA Schedule I bulk manufacturer registration, positioning the organization among a select few in the nation authorized to handle these controlled substances for medical and scientific research. His expertise in regulatory compliance and cGMP standards ensured that the organization successfully navigated multiple federal audits and inspections, maintaining the highest levels of operational integrity.

Justin’s background also includes over a decade of service in law enforcement, where he served as a Lead Police Officer (Sergeant) with the Department of the Navy. In this role, he managed a large team, developed and enforced departmental policies, and led crisis management initiatives during large-scale emergencies. His dual expertise in compliance and law enforcement has equipped him with a unique perspective on risk mitigation and regulatory adherence, making him a formidable leader in any high-stakes environment.
